In order to be considered, you must be able to demonstrate taking a real estate development from business planning through to completion, with a clear command of key metrics which underpin business planning, feasibility and development management decision making.
Asset class bias towards residential, although mixed use and retail would also be useful.
You must be able to demonstrate which legal and financial structures are most suitable for different development models, with either single or multiple parties.
Those without full lifecycle development experience throughout the same asset will not be considered.
