Looking for an experienced Architecture Inspector for a company based in Dubai on a contract basis.
Contract Type: Temporary (3 Months Extendable)
Visa Type: Own Visa or with NOC (Mandatory)
Requirements/Experiences:
• Candidate must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar or relevant field.
• A degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a reputable institution required.
• Undertake site supervision duties on-site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when the necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same.
• Preparation of daily report on contractor activities, documentation of quality & progress of construction work.
• Coordinate with the team on-site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review, and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
• Coordinate as and when with the client on all specialists participation related to the final acceptance.
