• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Procurement primarily into Construction, Contracting, Consulting Environment within UAE / GCC
• At least 5 years work experience in a position of similar capacity.
• Hands on experience with sourcing and vendor management
