Hiring Analyst – Business Support and Operations (support for digital channel applications), Location - Dubai
Act as first level support for digital channel applications. Ensure proper working of live system without interrupting any services to customers. Support channel environments and all related processes. Understand Production issues, analyze, and resolve within stipulated time frame and act as required. Perform day-to-day operations and processes to support smooth business operation. Participate in roll out of Business changes/ projects.
