Hiring Inventory Executive in Dubai.
Job Description
• To organize regular ordering system based on sales and parts department needs.
• To ensure unique system in ordering of seasonal product is maintained according to season.
• To maintain a tracking record to enable to monitor the status of the entire product.
Responsibility
• To assist operational department staff in parts/allied product identification and if required, replacements.
• To lead and motivate other staff to excel in this vital support function.
• To assist all training programs to support a developing and effective parts department team.
• To ensure all paperwork in purchasing/requisitions/ordering are properly recorded within stock control system.
• To ensure that all credit order are made to and authorized signatory approved account
• To ensure all paperwork, documentation, receipts and inventory of stocks are properly recorded within stock control system
• To maintain a systematic filing system throughout the operational area.
