Production Manager and Production Manager Associate

A Leading Manufacturing Company specialized in Meat Production, located in Dubai looking for Production Manager and Production Manager Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Involved with planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing process.
• Ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently, and guarantees the amount produced at the right cost and level of quality.
• Overseeing the production process, drew up a production schedule, and ensuring that production is cost-effective.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs and liaising amount among different departments.
• Involved in both the pre-production (planning) Stage as well as the production (control and supervision) Stage. A large part of the production management involved dealing with people, particularly those who work in your team.
Job Requirements
• Graduate in industrial engineering or a bachelor’s degree in food technology.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in food.
• Strong interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge in cost estimation and technical and managerial skills.
