Position: Courier Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities:
• Expected to contribute to the strategy within the UAE and be fully responsible for the implementation of these strategies in their team, providing clear direction to the sales force, monitoring product and revenue performance against plan and competitor interaction on product sales and pricing.
• Shall create and lead the team spirit within their group that will support the aggressive sales strategy and targets in country.
• Implement product strategies and pricing policy, monitor product and revenue performance against plan, manage sales and customer service teams and liaise with operational staff to review and resolve customer needs and associated issues.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to Sales Promoters/Executives to achieve revenue targets, and coaching for personal & team development.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales information
• Ensure sales reporting system is complied with and consolidated for the area to show performance against plan.
