Role Summary: The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing SARA’s e-commerce platform and working closely with other divisions to provide excellent service to customers. This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes online sales and e-commerce business operational coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Executes SARA’s marketing and campaign calendar to gain newly engaged consumers and incentivize more purchases from existing consumers.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales divisions, and external suppliers, and implement e-commerce strategies, plans, and business models.
Take a hands-on approach to customer response and customer service. Take responsibility for responding to online customer inquiries.
Work on order processing, including order intake, order confirmation, order status, order changes, shipping, billing, and damage replacement.
Ensure tracking, reporting, and analytics are functioning optimally. Maintains accurate records and generates appropriate reports for upper management.
Ensure that digital product portfolios are adequately optimized, updated, and maintained, including descriptions, images, inventory, waitlists, promotions, and pricing.
Become immersed and educated in all of the product categories and brands.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics stakeholders to provide optimal delivery service.
Build trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium e-commerce supplier.
Stays abreast latest e-commerce trends and shares knowledge with marketing and sales departments.
Research and learn new emerging technologies and trends.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
Two to three years of e-commerce experience in a similar role.
Experience in a retail sales environment a plus.
Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and ERP/Inventory Systems (Microsoft AX).
Enterprising spirit with affinity to luxury products.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
Proven verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
