Native Mobile Applications Lead Developer

الوصف الوظيفي
As a Mobile Applications Developer, you should professionally design, develop, build, publish, and manage native mobile applications in both platforms (IOS and Android) using their native programming language (Java, Swift, and Kotlin).

This job requires software and mobile applications engineering skills, with knowledge in best practices, application architecture, code organization, applications security and quality, user experience and interface, and backend integration, for best results.

You will be always expected to stay up to date with the new tools, technologies, and standards in the field.

You will contribute to clients’ projects and company’s internal IPs, alone or with a team.

As a lead developer, you will have to mentor and lead the mobile development team in one or more projects, in terms of architecture, code review, task splitting, planning, and closure, and team supervising.

Responsibilities:

Deeply involved with product and tech leadership to conceptualize product features.
Building the main mobile app from scratch including the UI, linking with backend services, and business functions.
Setting up the structure and framework for the future mobile application developers to follow for rapid and efficient development.
Forming and leading the mobile applications development teams for different projects.
Evaluation of current mobile applications source code and assist in enhancing them.

المهارات
Bachelor (or higher) in Software Engineering or equivalent certificate (technical/academic).
9 of experience in native Mobile development.
At least 3 years of experience in developing iOS mobile applications using Swift.
At least 3 years of experience in developing Android mobile applications using Java/Kotlin.
Ownership of required skills and tools to fulfill the required responsibilities correctly.
Ability to understand and describe software systems and their different states and flows.
Good to have Flutter and other platforms experience.
Ownership of the required tools and resources to build and deploy iOS applications (Apple developer, iPad, iPhone, Mac PC).
Good team player using Scrum / Agile methodologies and Git code source control.
Can professionally and efficiently handle Arabic and English languages in work.
Preferred to be in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, or Turkey
