Accountant Required
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as accountant. Preferably in FMCG sector. Able to do day to day accounting and also produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. Able to join immediately. Has means of transport.
Must have reference from previous jobs.
Reporting: Accountant currently reports directly to the CEO
Job Description:
• In general will be preforming all accounting and auditing activities as per the below points and will be fully trained upon joining:-
• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships Inventory audits. Performing all activities within the company’s set budgets. Assist the CEO in financial planning, pricing and creating product marketing promotions as requested.
• Managing the Inventory controller and accounts assistant who will be reporting to you. Issuing sales invoices to consignment customers from Quick-books.
• Recording sales invoices issued in online store to Quick- books. Following-up on payments from customers and recording payments on Quick-books. Maintaining Petty cash for the office.
• Recording all expenses transaction in Quick-books. Reviewing all purchase invoices for accuracy and correctness and recording in Quick-books.
