Accounts Admin
Job Role:
• Handling accounting work
• Handling administration works
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Copy typing, audio typing and digital transcription
• Diary management
• Office management and organization
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Management of emails using your personalized company email address
• Management of orders, bookings and enquiries/sourcing suppliers
• Arranging insurance and managing claims
Requirements:
• Male, 35 years old and below
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or any relevant field
• At least 1-2 years of similar work experience preferably with customer service and accounting experience
• Good knowledge of general administration
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Can join immediately will be prioritized
