الوصف الوظيفي Assist and instruct others Monitor long cycle times Set complex jobs in a timely manner Implement minor and suggest major tooling changes Use measuring equipment and basic CMM Create simple programs from scratch in a timely manner Use 4 Jaw chucks, Centre plates, Soft jaws, Travelling and Fixed steady work Load varying size components into the machines competently Responsible in various types of threading, screw cutting, and crane lifting المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other equivalent discipline Minimum of 5 years working experience as a CNC Machinist / Operator / Technician with a strong programming background Strong experience in a manufacturing machine shop environment, setting and operation of appropriate equipment within a turning department Ability to work in imperial and metric micrometers, and able to understand complex engineering drawings Ability to read and interpret layout and to measure sizes using precision instruments such as micrometers, height gauge, gauge block, bore gauge dial indicators Conversant using and reading measuring equipment, Micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges etc. Fanuc controls trained would be an advantage Excellent communication skills Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/cnc-machine-operator-4273818/ |
