Responsibilities
Orchestrate and run internal sales contractual processes
Analyze sales coverage and gaps
Build reports to provide Sr. Management with in-depth insights on sales and marketing results/activities
Drive alignment between marketing, sales, legal, sales ops and customer success
Develop analytical frameworks, tools and techniques to support sales teams
Help find opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies
Sales forecasting, reporting and analytics
Oversee monthly commission process in partnership with the finance team
Work closely with our sales team to make sure that our sales team can quickly access tools that they need to be productive
المهارات
Qualifications
3+ years experience in a sales operations function preferably selling software / technology solutions
Experience working within, or aligned to, a marketing and sales department/organization
Strong Analytical thinker and problem-solving skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Experience in working with cross functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge with CRM software (preferably SalesForce)
Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to embrace the team culture approach
Works well in a matrix organization
Ability to multi-task
Experience with Jira is a plus
