Land Sterling is looking to appoint a Building Technical Consultancy Service Manager to join our Project and Building Consultancy team based in Dubai.
Job Purpose and Role:
To secure, drive, promote and grow the assigned service division of the Department in line with the vision, objectives, strategies and targets as set by the HOD.
.Professional Qualification:
• MRICS
• Membership of other relevant professional institutes will be an added advantage.
Industry Experience:
• Minimum of 10 - 12 years of mid-level management experience in engineering consultancy, building consultancy, FM consultancy.
Market Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience and having excellent industry contacts covering a wide range of real estate clients such as developers, asset operators, financers, insurers, engineering firms, consultants, brokers, agents, etc.
• Other GCC experience will be added advantage
