Accountant

الوصف الوظيفي
We need a freelance accountant or bookkeeper with expertise in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. We need monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and intercompany loan accounts.

We have approximately 10 companies and are looking for an accountant to take care of all company accounting. There are only approximately 40-50 transactions (inclusive of banking and journal entries) per month for all companies. We estimate that the workload is around 10 hours per month.

Services and deliverables:

Send invoices and keep track of monthly accounts receivable
Intercompany reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Manage company renewals and insurances
Preparation and financial statements
General company secretary activities

Expertise in all aspects of accounting area such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger
Audit experience
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
