الوصف الوظيفي To contribute towards achievement of department goals and objectives through effective leadership of the assigned sales team handling dealer market Key Performance Area · Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of negotiations, complaint handling, coordination with supply chain, credit control and service departments · To execute and evaluate the Sales, Distribution Strategy & Customer Satisfaction index for General Enterprises Company involving all team members · Ensure GECO Products are positioned against competition. · Ensure Price positioning for GECO products are effectively implemented as per the brand equity · Achieving departmental monthly objectives in terms of sales, margins & receivables · Achieve product categories target through effective distribution in all present and potential commercially viable outlets · Monitor monthly stock ageing report, prepare action plan for product liquidation and implement the same for better stock management · Ensure collection by sales officer / dealer and monitor collection tracking report on daily basis · Preparation of sales forecast by area by dealer on monthly basis. · Track sales performance on daily basis with the objective of achieving monthly departmental targets · Update and inform team members regularly on the stock arrivals · Review Credit Limits by dealers based on sales forecast in consultation with Sales and Marketing Manager for maximising sales potential المهارات Negotiation & Influencing Skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/dealer-sales-manager-4270753/ |
