الوصف الوظيفي
· To actively negotiate and coordinate the sale of property through from enquiry to transfer, including winning exclusive instructions, marketing the property for sale, updating the CRM with enquiries and negotiating the property through to successful sale.

· To increase sales revenue of the department

· To progress the sale through NOC and transfer, ensuring that all parties are supported

· To work as part of our sales team to offer a seamless service

· Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management

· Full property sales process from instruction to transfer

· Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM

· Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials

· Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws

· To perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard

· To maintain a high professional profile at all times
