Job Responsibilities
• Managing the workshop efficiently and
• provide guidance to the team of technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
• measures & workshop targets are met
• Maintaining high levels of customer
• satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and
• re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice
• Supervising and motivating our team of
• Service Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek
• Opportunities that will help drive performance.
• Ensure full and accurate communication to
• Workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
• Ensure Technicians’ optimum productivity.
Requirements.
• Diploma within an automotive discipline
• Have a high level of organizational skills
• Be computer literate
• Will have worked in the role of a
• Supervisor in a workshop environment.
