Administrator HR Assistant Required - Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for HR Manager.
• Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding.
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and vacation.
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
• Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages and processing received resumes.
• Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
• Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately.
• Communicate with public services when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Experience as an Administrator, HR Assistant, Reception or relevant.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
