The tenant and Customer Relations Manager is the 2nd in Charge to the Senior Centre Manager. They should be viewed as a potential future SCM. They provide day to day leadership to the tenant relations and customer service teams, ensuring that the team delivers operational excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Centre Manager with delivery of Operational Excellence
Work closely with retailers to ensure that all opportunities, complaints, issues, and operational challenges are addressed in a timely manner to achieve the customer satisfaction in line with the corporate objectives.
Own the retailer communication at a local level
Work closely with retailers to ensure that they maximise sales and revenue opportunities
Ensure that the Tenant Relations team is executing the require processes, data capture, record keeping and data bases to maintain tenant compliance.
Own the customer experience at a centre level
Provide coaching and management to the customer service team (and also the service providers) to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
Work closely with the SCM to identify and maximise new management income opportunities
Be the key liaison with STR team to ensure the delivery of exciting, relevant, and well executed kiosks, activations and short-term promotions.
Prepare recommendations to SCM regarding the tenants, customer and mall requirements.

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management
Experience:
3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role
