Sales Director - FMCG - Dubai
We currently recruiting on behalf of a leading consumer goods manufacturer in the UAE. They are looking for a Sales Director to join their team. This position will be responsible for leading and directing the global sales function and efforts to achieve the company’s sustainable and profitable growth through new market penetration, locally and internationally with different trade channels, and by creating appropriate business partnerships with key stakeholders.
المهارات
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related filed; with preferably an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
Attendance of post-graduate executive programs in areas to include; marketing, sales strategies, leadership, etc.
11-13 years of experience in a similar work environment with at least 5 years in senior managerial role in a large organization.
in depth knowledge of market trends, new sales methodologies, trade laws, global awareness, international cultures and customs.
in depth knowledge of the export and international markets in Asia, Middle East, and Western Markets
Has the ability to align goals with dtrategic direction
Skills in business and financial management
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong people management skills.
