Job Period: TEN DAYS

Prepare meals in private villas according to (VIP) guests, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.

Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.

Manages the complete operations of the kitchen.

Maintains proper storage, prep and service procedures and maintains all equipment and workspaces to ensure sanitary conditions.

Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and secure.

المهارات

Experience with local sourcing and managing a budget.

Sanitation and food safety knowledge.

Strong customer service skills when communicating with guests.

Strong knowledge, passion, and familiarity with seasonal produce and local and international food systems.
