Responsibilities:
• Performs sales related activities for retail products.
• Performs other assignments as required from time to time by the management
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services).
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
