REAL ESTATE OFFPLAN SPECIALIST

We are currently hiring for an experienced Offplan Specialist who can join immediately. We offer an attractive commission, and marketing and training support, especially for experienced agents.

Job description:

- Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs

- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services

- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal

- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale

- Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants with the help of administration team.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies

- Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers

- Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements

- Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments

- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make

- Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market

- Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property

- Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain.

Job: Requirements

We are looking for: - Well-groomed agents with real estate experience

- Attractive Commission

- Any Nationality

- Fluent in English

- Driver’s license with own car

- Leads and databases are provided

- Must be computer literate

- Excellent communication, proper attire and confident men and women are preferred

- Able to assist clients in finding properties, documentation, and processing of Dubai’s property market and current trends. The company will provide:

- Visa

- Rera Training - Broker Card

- Health Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission Experience:

• Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
