Job Description

1. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation

2. Deliver superior guest services

3. Ensuring guest (kids) satisfaction

4. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints

5. Organize and supervise shifts

6. Manage and lead staff

7. Training and evaluate staff performance

8. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory

9. Manage restaurant supplies

10. Control costs and minimize waste

11. Nurture a positive working environment

12. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions

13. Previous restaurant experience

14. Prior work as a manager or supervisor

15. Success with customer service

16. Training in food safety is Must with PIC DUBAI CERTIFICATE

17. Ability to keep inventory organized

18. Understanding of local regulations

19. Availability to work a flexible schedule (e.g., days, nights, weekends, holidays)

20. Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back-of-house systems, and restaurant operating systems
