الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to 16,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates About the Client: The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean, and International Flavours. Job Role: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Organize and supervise shifts; appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices المهارات Open to European nationals 30 to 37 years old Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or any related field At least with 3 years of managerial experience in a Western/American brand restaurant Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills Strong organizational and financial management skills Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/restaurant-manager-4266550/ |
