Role and responsibilities
• Overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Temp sourcing for adhoc projects from UAE.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Monitoring visa process and ensure that employees are on boarded in a timely manner
• HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by the Management
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor s Degree in HR
• Relevant 4-6 years’ experience in Sr HR role • Computer proficiency
• Ability to use time efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent command of English & Hindi languages.
Male candidates with Manpower supply, Facility management & Construction industry experience will be given preference.
