Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
Provides supports to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
Follow up on maintenance contracts renewals.
Follow up the lost service contract with customers
Working on capturing the other brand elevators/ third party equipment’s
To attend meeting with customers.
Prepare contracts and repair proposals
To coordinate the inspection team for elevator survey
Prepare quotations for repair works.
Billing and payment receivables follow up for maintenance contracts and repair work conducted.
Supporting the renovation offering.
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s/University Degree
4-5 years’ experience in the elevator field in UAE.
Computer skills
Negotiation skills
Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage
