الوصف الوظيفي 1. Monitor all cleaning chemicals and machinery allocated in each boutique 2. Supervise all the Boutiques, residential department, commercial department, F&B;locations, retails and so on 3. Monitor all the areas if cleaned as per company standard 4. Establish and maintain staff schedules 5. Maintain staff attendance logs and do daily work sheet and KPI’s for submission to the Operation Manager every week 6. Monitor staffs hygiene such as uniforms, aprons, bags, shoes, haircut, nails, accessories Handle all client queries, complaints and comments to ensure client satisfaction in a timely manner المهارات 1. Previous experience in a cleaning environment 2. Have a complete knowledge of how to operate all cleaning equipment and machinery 3. Be creative and alternative thinking to develop new ideas and answer to work related problems 4. Be pleased with staffs on the job and displaying a good natured, co-operative attitude 5. Basic office skills and good interpersonal skills 6. Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essentials 7. Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 8.
