PERSONALITY Middle East is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst for a medium size B2B distributor in Dubai, UAE.
Candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal staff of the company and work with applications to undertake analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of staff technical problems.
Skills and requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working on the service desk (app. 50 users) and performing requests fulfilment/troubleshooting
• Understanding of Office365 administration and services: Microsoft Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and other core work components
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of ERP, and CRM
• ITSM Experience: Asset, Patch, Endpoint, Change Management
• Working experience with Tableau and PowerBI is a plus
• Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL Framework certification is a plus
