Quest Search & Selection are proud to be partnering with this UAE retailer and brand who is looking for an Ecommerce manager to be based in Dubai.

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience, that initiatives are achieved to help drive conversions.

Responsibilities of this Ecommerce Manager position include -
Develop and execute an Ecommerce roadmap and growth strategy from scratch.Deliver the strategic initiatives related to the Ecommerce operations and the channel performance.In charge for P&L;and budgeting.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy ensuring alignment with the Brand.Collaborate with Logistics team to ensure seamless last mile operations.

To be successful in this Ecommerce Manager position -
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in e-commerce brand.com B2C and a track record of sales and profit growth in the Middle EastHave a strategic mindset with a desire to be hands-on and operationalStrong written and verbal communication skills
