We are looking for a Business Development Manager to with experience in HR Outsourcing /Manpower experience. Candidate should have 5 to 10 years of in Manpower project management and business development end to end process.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Business development for all types of industries- IT, Non- IT Healthcare, MEP, and IFM

- Revenue Generation

- Client Acquisition

- Key Account Management

- Contract Management

- Tendering

Requirements

- Good Communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Good Proficiency in Spoken Arabic.

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- MS Office and ERP

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Driving license a must.

- Bachelor’s degree a must.
