Real Estate Property Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
l Design of SOP and implement them for the efficient day-to-day operations of the buildings and its facilities, leasing activities, tenancy contract management, and in coordination with Landlord/ property owner.

l Manage customer relations services to tenants, clients and property owners/developers.

l Manage property/building and operations related to renewals, new leasing etc.

l Keep updated with the relevant rental laws and any other guidelines by the land department, municipality and/ or other relevant government authorities.

l Conduct regular inspections of the property and tenants spaces to ensure compliance with the leases·

l Provide support for escalated maintenance/operational issues and complaints and requests.

l Provide customer service, team work and collaboration to provide excellent tenant services such as responding to tenant leasing request/problems in a timely manner.

المهارات
With minimum of 2 years experience in property and facility managements

Adept in all government requirements in terms of building and facility management.

Adept at leading and working with a team to achieving a set goal.

With Construction Background

Graduated in Engineering

With Driving Lic
