Mix and cook candy ingredients by following, modifying, or formulating recipes to produce a product of specified flavor, texture, and color

Examine and taste the product to evaluate color, texture, and flavor

Add ingredients or modifies cooking and forming operations as needed

May be designated according to type of candy produced as a caramel-candy maker; coconut-candy maker; fudge-candy maker; hard-candy maker; nougat-candy maker; taffy-candy maker

Set up and operate equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of candies

Open to ANY nationals

Male, 40 years old and below

Diploma or Highschool Certificate

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Candymaker

Knowledgeable of all procedures and methods used in the preparation, production, presentation and storage of food items

Good communication skills

Candidate with home country experience is welcome to apply
