3D Cake Chef

Produce, design, and decorate custom cakes covered in both buttercream and fondant

Neatly and accurately sculpt two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures using fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, etc

Ensure effective implementation of tare and portion adjustments

Supervise efficient pouring of meringue and cream filling and tops filling into pie shells

Manage all mixing of colors for icings and make sugar ornaments

Prepare and sell good decorated cakes, cupcakes and other products as per the cake manual

المهارات
Male /Female, 40 years old and below

Open to Any nationals

Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificates

With at least 3 years working experience as a 3D Cake Chef

Ability to use various cake decorating instruments and tools

Willing to work 6 days a week and 8 hours per day

Ability to stand for extended periods

Artistic and creative

Excellent time management skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Effective communication skills
