This role will manage and oversee all Leasing and Property Management functions in the real estate division of the Company; all asset classes (Residential, Commercial and Retail) in the United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Leasing mixed asset portfolios, managing internal property management set up as well as substantial experience in managing outsourced resources/ vendors. She/ he needs to monitor, supervise and drive their operational performance from a ground level. This personnel should be an expert in setting efficient KPI’s for internal and external resources, to drive the overall efficiency in all property management functions.

Requirements10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the UAE, with exposure to all asset classes (Residential, Commercial and Retail).
A degree in business management with RERA certification, any additional relevant certifications is a plus.
High-level business and finance acumen.
Strong analytical and reporting experience.
Expert in Microsoft Office and thorough knowledge of working in ERP systems.
