الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 3,000 AED/SAR depending on experience and qualifications (KSA candidates will have free transportation, accommodation while Dubai candidates will have an all-in package) Job Location: UAE/KSA Job Role: Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally Maintain quality control for all food served Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff Attend quarterly P&L;meetings المهارات Open to ANY nationality Male/Female, 40 years old and below Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Hospitality or any related field At least 3 years of experience in the same role Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service Excellent communication and customer service skills About the client: The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant with branches across Dubai and Saudi Arabia. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/restaurant-team-leader-4252360/ |
