Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as the liaison between the HQ and shops
Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing and scripting for all standard products
Obtain all information related to the sales and operation team
Coordinate all components of special event orders
Ensure complete and accurate product details are communicated to the Kitchen and Operations
Ensure communication is done in a timely, efficient manner
Maintain good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork
Conducts and manages a complete quality control process to improve the efficiency and performance of all stores
Ensures each store has the appropriate staffing levels to achieve high quality cleaning standards.

Candidate Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Diploma or job experience in related field could substitute
Valid UAE driving license with car
3-4 Years proven working experience in operations or related field
Excellent analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must
Highly organized, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
