We are looking to hire an Organizational Development consultant - Human Capital with experience of 10-12 years in OD - HR, performance management, Job evaluation, Job analysis, organizational chart analysis, budget analysis etc. with an IT Company.
The role is a contractual role for 6 months and is based in Dubai. The incumbent should have experience in UAE and currently available in the country.
