الوصف الوظيفي Prepare, organize and maintain records to assure that all spare parts are properly identified and kept current. Support all internal service and technical activities to initiate and complete changes. Maintain spare parts at satisfactory inventory level. Constantly work on maintenance stock inventory reduction to assure lowest cost and at the same time optimal inventory level of the stored parts. Suggest improvements and new minimal inventory levels based on constant monitoring of the inventory change and experience. Responsibilities: Essential Duties Effectively maintains the spare parts inventory system and its business processes.Works with outside vendors for procurement and servicesConstantly work on Maintenance Stock inventory reduction to assure lowest cost and at the same time optimize inventory level of the stored partsOther ad hoc duties included but not limited to engaging with sales activities if neededThe job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.Expertise: Knowledge & Skills Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines.Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.May require some limited judgement in resolving problemsContacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
