Job Summary: Lab technician will be involved in sampling, inspection, analysis of raw material, packaging material, FG & in process sample, standardization of solution, equipment Calibration etc.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Responsible for test sampling of Noodles to ensure that they meet all requirements.
Conduct complete analysis of incoming samples and maintain all required records of components and products in case of problems encountered
To effectively and efficiently manage the on-line quality control inspections by ensuring that physical, chemical test are conducted consistently and accurately according to the sampling and testing regime
Implement all required analysis of finished product samples and ensure the right testing protocols in accordance with Testing Methodologies and standards
Make the required analysis of bulk (bins, barrels), Raw Material, and Packaging Material and implementing the right testing protocols in according the Testing Methodologies and standards
Apply the anlaysis and verification program of all the lab instruments like GC, GSMS as per all required documentation and specs
Undertake daily responsibility of Quality daily report briefing in accordance with the required data.
