IT Helpdesk Operator- Dubai
Contract Duration- 6 months
Technical Skills and Requirements:
• Experience supporting desktops and applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/365 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013
• Knowledge in Windows 10 Operating Systems
• Knowledge of VPN
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user account changes
• Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures and suggest improvements
• Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
