* Should be experienced in the production of Sheet metal products.
* Should have the leadership qualities to manage workforce efficiently.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Should be able to read the drawings and to interpret them into the production process.
* Must sound knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process like Shearing, Punching, Bending, Plasma & Production process.
* Should have worked independently to manage the work flow on the production floor.
* Should be able to manage the work processes efficiently to achieve higher productivity.
* Should be able to manage the machine utilization efficiently to achieve higher productivity.
* Should be responsible for machine maintenance.
* Should be well versed with measuring instruments.
* Should be able to work under pressure.
* Provide leadership and direction to labors.
* Ensure housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining a clean and safe work place and should have Knowledge of “SAFETY” & Hazard free Working Surroundings.
