We are looking for an Operations Lead who is responsible for ensuring that the day to day tools, systems and processes that support the overall business of wear that are optimized for efficiency, scalability and cross-functional collaboration.
The Operations Lead is an integral part of Wear that, receiving, managing and tracking all shipments, boxes, stock and processes. Communicating between our Buying team, styling team, Customer Service and Tech Team to optimize the operations of the overall business.
We are looking for someone who is an inspiring team leader, extremely process-oriented, and comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve the overall team.
