We are looking to hire an IT Administrator Manager
Proven experience as a multi-disciplined System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
A focus on 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support and field service
Helpdesk management, including experience with ticketing system creation
Knowledge of 0365, SharePoint Online administration and troubleshooting, experience with routers, WiFi, anti-virus, IT Infrastructure, Azure skills and main servers
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
Familiar with PowerShell and basic scripting.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent communication skills, ideally a native English speaker
BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
