Site Engineer Telecom
Location: UAE (Dubai) Immediate
To do the necessary installation and Alignment on the site by supervising the technicians.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 2G, 3G, 4G knowledge, preferably on Ericsson kit
• RAN Indoor and outdoor telecom systems, power, aircon, alarm detection, antenna systems, etc.
• Knowledge of XML scripts
• Understanding of both RF and Transmission network
• Experience of working with power / electrical (low and high voltage incl. DC) BA4 or BA5 certification
• Basic knowledge of generators (connect and disconnect to EMS)
• Basic knowledge of aircon and free-cooling systems on BTS sites (indoor and outdoor)
• Able to perform corrective works on-site
• Pro-active support for preventative maintenance on the network
• Integrate, commission, and accept new sites and network elements
• Inspect work carried out by subcontractors
• Perform walk tests and analyze the results
• Perform RF measurements
