Brief Job Description:
• Responsible for product promotion and direct sales at shop level and achieve sales target.
• Focus on selling and up selling of the products.
• Demonstrate in depth of knowledge of Brands and products.
• Responsible for upkeep of the showroom.
• Assist the supervisor in handling new product launches activities, visual merchandising & promotion of products.
• Record all sales/counter transactions by 100% adherence to bar-code scanning, invoicing and pricing policy.
• Participates in all job-related training, development and seminars as directed by management.
• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong brand loyalty.
• Ensure stock is replenished at all times as per the set procedure.
• Report stock shortages using the appropriate form/document.
• Conducts physical inventory check of all products and related inventories in store after every specified period.
• Keeps self groomed
