• Install, configuring/ testing with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and celebrate various instruments such as; Flow meters, Level Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, conductive Transmitters, temperature Transmitters, Level Switches several types of proximity Sensors.
• Installation, service and maintenance works of all types of motors
• Trouble shooting in PLC and similar control systems.
• Air compressor Maintenance.
• Boiler Maintenance.
• Maintenance of filling machines.
• Maintenance of Food processing and CIP machines.
• Maintenance of food packaging machines.
• Maintenance of food packaging machines.
• Maintenance of ice cream machines like cup filler, Continues freezer etc.
• Maintenance of Ammonia refrigeration system (SABROE, Mycom), Cold Room Unit (Bitzer, Bock, Copeland).
• Maintenance of LV Panels (Low Voltage Switchgear)
• Maintaining the inventory in the store.
• Planning of expansion of plant capacity and work shut down activities.
• To communicate with the experts; following the advice related to machinery problems.
