The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the Accounts & Finance and Risk Management operations in addition to providing financial advisory and analysis to senior management team on operational and strategic business issues.
Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible for overseeing the entire financial function and all aspects of financial planning and reporting, including consolidation, financial and cost control, inventory control, credit management, tax planning, treasury, risk management, budgeting and corporate governance compliance.
Manage financial policies, accounting practices, procedures, auditing and reporting requirements,
Participate actively in financial evaluation of projects, business development/business expansion plans and other ad hoc projects.
Negotiate and arrange different sources of finance including banking facilities, equipment finance lease, mortgage loans, equity finance, etc.
Liaise with lending institutions, auditors, tax authorities and lawyers.
Review and update business controls and ensure compliance with all auditing, statutory and tax requirements.

Key Requirements:-
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years experience in handling full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.
Hands-on, self motivated leader with a keen eye for details.
Strong leadership qualities, good coach, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
Well versed with Microsoft Office program, excellent in Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
