Zoya Wellbeing is looking for an IT Specialist with UAE Hotel or Resort experience.
Main responsibilities:
To ensure uninterrupted and efficient operations of resort information & communication Technologies.
To provide technical assistance to resort associates as well as guests in areas of FOH, BOH, IPTV, Internet access, PABX assistance, etc.
To ensure the standard configurations of all the systems (hardware and software) in the resort are in line with Zoya and EZ Wellness Policy and all practices are followed as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
